Deities of Myterra

About Divine Ranks

The deities of Myterra are ranked in one of three categories: greater god, lesser god, and demigod.

Greater gods are the most powerful of the gods. They are those who have the ability to bestow divine blessings upon their followers. Clerics are often dedicated to one greater god that can manifest divine power through the cleric's spells.

Lesser gods do not have the ability to bestow divine blessings upon their followers, but may utilize their own divine powers to provide aide and assistance to their faithful.

Demigods are the least powerful of the gods. Immortal beings, often bestowed with minor divine powers, they usually tend to very specific aspects of the world or mortal existence. Their followers are typically practitioners of regional religions or cults.
